Ideal E.D.C.

With my Brawler problem in tow I realized that I need to decide what I want in an E.D.C. I need your help finding something that will fit the bill. Here are my requirements:

E.D.C.
- Folder
- Sturdy lock
- 3 to 3.5 inch blade
- Pillar Construction
- black coated blade
- black handle
- clip or spear point
- combo edge with serrations on back half
- one hand opening, finger flip preferable
- Under $50

I beat the crap out of this thing on a regular basis.
I was looking for
1)Durability
2)Comfort in the pocket
3)Clip
4)Comfort in the hand
5)One hand operation
6)A rugged tip

Mine doesn't have the serrations, but other than that, they are identical.
A nice solid snap sound when locking into place is almost as good as racking a shotgun.
I prefer the tanto tip for strength as I use it to pry a lot.

I have the Spyderco Delica and Endura. I have carried them for years and they have held up great.

I have heard a lot about the Delica being a good E.D.C. I hear some Delica owners talk about how awesome the Tenacious is...and it's a hell of a lot cheaper.

I used Kershaw Blur for a few years, however Tanto blade (Causes more damage), assisted opening was good, partial serrations under $50.00 when I bought mine, black handle with non slip feature. I used mine ALOT without worry i wanted to see just how good it would stand up. Only reason i don't still use it is because i get bored with the same ol knife so I switch them around, currently I'm using the one handed opening Swiss Army knife larger style than the original $40.00 pretty impressed with it.
