The Italians are offended; Aren't we the reason they don't speak German? .....OK then, moving on.

I have a serious problem with the concept of "certain people were offended" so we must all make changes to accommodate them. Life with free speech and open dialog is based on exchange of ideas. That means getting your sensibilities rattled now and then. Pull up your big boy pants and get over it!
The more that I think about it: I am highly offended and insulted by political correctness, so I demand that it be abolished immediately!

The Italian alps are dirty and not the prettiest part of Italy. Having seen the statute in person I think I like the offensive version better. PC is so tiresome and creating a country of wimps. Now I see the CEOs of Facebook and Girl Scouts is pushing to ban the demeaning and sexist word that creates an image of aggressive overpowering women.....yep. B O S S Y!!!!

I was not aware that the Italian government owned the rights to a picture of a piece of art. What if they decided that no one could look at the artwork except in person?
