Now is always the time to buy, I'm sure some of the older members on here remember when a 1000 rounds of any caliber could be had for under $100. Radway green .308 ~125 per thousand. Malay .308 75 1,000. Up over 500 percent between then and now. Yeah, I used to buy 7.62X39 ammo for $89.00 per 1000 rounds with shipping included, I think about 15 years ago. Sometimes I could even find it a little cheaper at the gun shows from time to time. |

Amen Woodsy, preach on!! ;D It is kinda of like driving past the last gas station with the needle on E, soon you will wish you had filled up the tank.  But better....your tank may only hold 10 gallons.....can't put more than it will hold....but I bet ya got a place to put a few spare boxes....  Jimmy |

I've been watching the sales at my local Cabelas. Using one of those $20 off fliers they send out, i've been able to pick up some pretty good deals on .223 brass case FMJ.
