I've been checking almost daily, for months, at my local Walmart for .22lr -- NO LUCK. Today they received four, 1,000-round boxes of Winchester M-22 ammo. I got there as they were unpacking it. There were a few folks ahead of me, but I managed to snag one for 50 bucks -- 5 cents per round. Here's what Winchester has to say about the M-22: www.winchester.com/library/news/Pages/News-M-22-Rimfire-Round.aspxI'm wondering though, has anyone here tried this round; and, what's your opinion of it? Thanks!

Thanks, guys, for the feedback. I'm gonna run some rounds thru the Ruger SR-22 this weekend. I was just looking for any necessary heads up regarding any issues with this round.
I'm looking forward to it, now. These days, 5 cents per round is one heck of a deal!
