Looks to me like we will get open carry (finally) when we elect our new Governor. I'm a huge supporter of open carry, even though I have interest in doing so.

Plane flat out crazy! Thankfully MO has some great laws on the books to allow for protecting yourself. I had a recent string of emails back and forth between the chancellor of UMSL and the Chief of police for UMSL. Lets just say they do not want anyone to protect themselves. I have half a mind to put the emails out there for all to see about the hipocracy of what they say and what they claim to stand for.
