I have two of those . . . they work. I put a little bleach in the water to keep skeeters down. Biggest problem is the dogs, cat, 'possums, coons, skunks, etc. licking the pbutter off the can.

Great post loshali, I am building one right now for my garage, field mice get in while I’m in Virginia into my garage, and this may be the cat’s meow! Thanks.

Nice, a little rodent log roll. Sell tickets, and place your bets.

I built the trap yesterday afternoon, placed it in the garage last night and this morning I had 2 drowned customers at the bottom of the bucket. Thanks loshali.

It works.
Of course with our cats out here there isn't really a need for such a device, but I'd keep it in mind if we were to no longer have any cats here.
