Picked one of these up from my buddy at work NIB never fired. Gave him $300. He threw in a Houge overmold butt stock with it also new in package. Not a bad deal I think. You guys have any thoughts on the Blackwater edition?

The 500 is a staple work horse in the MB line. I am not sure about the blackwater without looking it up but NIB your not getting hurt. I was offered one that they called tactical with peeps, over the phone two days ago. We are still negotiating between 250/300. Supposed to be new. We will see?  I drove 180 miles round trip Friday to get a Mod 29 S&W 44. Got there and the Ass Hat had a Taurus 44 6-1/2". Looks just like one...but soo not!!  LOL |

I think you did good! I'd like to have one, a 12ga. that is, I don't really know what the Blackwater is.

I ended up giving it to a guy to flip at a gun show. We'll see if brings a little xtra cheddar and then Ill decide what to do with it if it doesnt sell. By that I mean where will I stash it for zombie killin.

Had mine been the 590 set up like that then yes. I have the 500. Most I see around are 385-400 NIB. I think I did OK certainly did not over pay.
