They would have to show some sort of intent or depraved indifference on the part of Gander to actually win. Unfortjnately they are in New York which is not a 2A friendly sort of place. I dont pretend to know much about law but, in today's selective enforcement era, who knows what can happen. We are already sliding headlong into WROL as it is. Of course, GM hads no true hand in this, they just have the deepest pockets.
