I'm looking at a couple of "quieters" for some projectile expenders and was looking for some feed back. This stellite is new to me. I thought I wanted one with inconel but it's looking like the stellite is along the same lines. Any opinion is welcomed. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inconelen.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stellite

There is a world of difference between the two. It is not obvious on first blush, but once the particulars come to light, it's like a neon sign.
I would suggest a 410 series marstenetic stainless as both of the materials you list will be a pia for your application. The body centered tetragonal crystal system and the specific alloy makes it weldable, machinable, hardenable, and durable. With any of the variations of materials you listed, your going to lose one or more of those characteristics.
