Does anyone here have one, use one or have recommendations for a portable faraday bag/backpack or carryall? Something to hold ipad, phone, flash drives, laptop, camera, flashlights, radios (am/fm or short wave)?
Can it be homemade or purchasing commercial item better. Most of what I see on line is mostly for cell phones or RFID stuff.
If you know of quality bag I'd like to know. Thanks

Smoke and mirrors mostly. Better than a poke in the eye, but not by much. They are using the word faraday loosely in my opinion. A standard computer parts bag will be just about as effective.

If you bought three sizes and tripled wrapped (one inside the other) and then put into a rubber lined ammo can would that work?

If you bought three sizes and tripled wrapped (one inside the other) and then put into a rubber lined ammo can would that work? I can't tell you for sure. No one could without actual testing. I will say if you use a can, you need to be sure to space the internal package away from the walls of the can. As a bow to reality, in your location, an EMP threat is not likely. The most effective attack of that nature will focus on the coastal areas. Further, an EMP attack is an effort to leave as much infrastructure intact as possible. Taking out Oklahoma would be taking out a major area of pipelines. The only nuclear that would ever see Ok. would be of the neutron or gamma kind I.E. wiping the state out with no attempt as resource preservation. As such, the only electromagnetic protection you are likely to need should be focused on the solar variety source. For that, it's going to be ground up.

Ok. Thanks. I read that I need to keep everything away from the walls. Thought maybe if I rubber lined it and used thin wood it would help keep it from the wall
Ahhh Oklahoma. So important and often overlooked
