OK after looking over Thywar's gear (links) I do not think his will work for what I want. I am looking at an H web set or a vest with a belt attachment.
I am looking now at a really nice Condor belt and harness that will still allow a vest and pack to be worn over it adding to my tier philosophy in gear. The web rig could be used for day hikes and hunting and with a butt pack could be a GHB as well. I need something like this for working our land that is comfy and versatile.
Adding a vest would provide my defensive tier with mag pouches, maps, and other 'tac' gear and should be able to connect to the belt for added support.
My INCH and BOB should be able to be worn over one or both depending on situation and weather conditions (allowing for cold weather gear etc) and if not either could be attached to the molle webbing and carried on the pack itself.
Thoughts? suggestions?

Sounds like you know what you want. There are surplus army stores everywhere. Go a pick one or two up. I will say, that you will have a fair amount of playing around with the set up as if the weight is not evenly distributed the vest will not ride correctly and be very annoying.

Due to the limited weight I can carry for any distance, I gave up my full military pack system and went to a battle belt with an H harnass. I added two leg platforms, two lerp or butt packs and a two quart canteen/cup/stove combo. The battle belt and H harnass are full MOLLE connections.
This set up allows me to carry from almost no weight to upto fifty pounds. My normal load now is 25#, and I can make it to any of the three closer rally points.
Or I could before this last stroke, I will need additional therapy to walk any distance past the mail box for now.
Once I realized I couldn't carry what I was used to any longer and went to this set up I have bought additional lerp packs and pouches which I load an store at my cache locations. This allows me to resupply what I arrived with or just change out the pack and as a unit.
It is what works best for me at this stage of my life and disabilities/limitations. Adapt and overcome or die.

With my leg problems what you are doing is exactly what I had in mind though I can carry more for shorter jaunts or slower moving I need to be able to triage needs and wants should it come to that. After this is solved I will have to triage firearms:/ two pistols, MBR and the Henry will prolly get the nod as I can and have carried all four but not with all the other gear's weight added in.

I followed the link from CGU and bought myself one of those. I'll wear it under the Alice. If I ever have to sprint my way to safety, I'm probably screwed, but I can definitely do the slow and steady. Once it arrives, I'll probably go over everything I want to carry and move some items to different locations.

Here is the battle belt the H harness is at bottom and it is also showing a leg platform. This doesn't include the actual belt which threads inside. It will take the belt allowing the wearer to be lifted or suspended, but I use a leather 3" wide belt in mine. www.condoroutdoor.com/211battlebelt.aspxThen I use this modular butt/lerp pack. I can put a lerp pack on each kidney plus two leg platforms (one for a pistol and 3 mags, one I carry a quick release firstaid kit and a ammo pouch for 3 AK mags, my stove/canteen/cup combo. The sholder straps hold additional mag pouches and my knife. That would be fully loaded, but I just do different combos for what I am doing at the time. www.condoroutdoor.com/ma3modularbuttpack.aspxI can get my complete 48hr BOB in one butt pack.

Mud, I have something you may be interested in. It is the mil issue vest with belt attachment points. Not sure if I have an extra belt though.
