just got the phone all today- she is all ready to go and nothing was needed beyond an inspection! (yes, my Garand is a SHE) I couldn't believe it took 2 full weeks to get her back. Good thing I allowed time, because I have a hot date with a retired cop on friday to help me sight in my rifle...ha ha ha ;D anyways, I'll probably pick her up tomorrow or thursday and snap a few pics to add to the thread....  ? All of my guns are shes, you mean some aren't? I never knew!  Woodscustom you got any male guns? |

Woodyz.. I was thinking the same thing.. I have never owned a gun or a car that was male gendered.. Of course after I wrecked a car I did refer to it as a son of something..

Every racecar I crewed on I named. They were all female. Much like ships.

That's funny. Two of my favorites are, 'Black Betty', a custom made Remington 11/87 made special for slugs. And, 'Evil Woman', a Remington 700 fat barrel, built for looonnng range, social engagements.  Others have not earned a name yet. LOL  |

hogwash. I can't figure out how to rotate my pics. I rotate them inside of photo bucket....but then when I copy and past the link it changes them back...anways theres the pics.

hadn't thought too much about a name, but I like the idea.
I could use some help from the group.
I'm thinkin an "old time" name. maybe like a 50's diner waitress name or something....
