I will eat the smaller bass but the bigger ones tend to have a fishy taste. Would you care to share your fish cooking secrets ;D

I had a small trip to the pond behind my place last Wednesday. three small bass and 6 nice cabovers. Made for a good mini fish fry that night. Silver dollar frys, hush puppies and french bread. Oh yeah and sweet tea!
